Yoga
Yoga is an excellent complementary activity to climbing. It can help improve your flexibility, core strength and focus, all essential qualities for good climbing technique.
We host yoga classes in our upstairs training room so you can build yoga into your routine. Our Tuesday morning class runs 09:30–10:30 with Leo, a Senior Yoga Teacher in the Vajrasati School of Yoga and a keen climber.
Sessions are drop-in, on a sliding scale of £10, £5 or £0 according to your ability to pay (yoga costs don't include climbing entry). No previous experience or flexibility needed.
