Update, 17 June: our setting team have been hard at work and the refurbished areas are fully open to climb from this evening.
This summer we've continued our work to keep the climbing fresh, this year with a rebuild of the Cave area, the last of the original walls we opened with in 2013. In place of a single horizontal roof we've built a steep barrelled wall starting at about 75 degrees overhanging, with a couple of angle changes for setting variety.
During the build the Steep Corner and Cave were out of action for about two weeks while the New Slab and Bullseye Slab areas stayed open. Thanks for bearing with us. We hope the results are worth it.
